The project includes the renovation to an existing 4,781 sf office building to create an office that is collaborative and intentional for this cutting-edge public relations and media firm. The goal through renovation is to create a large conference room, an open and inviting break room/lounge, individual employee offices, a large shared owner’s office and numerous informal meeting spots throughout the office as a whole.
