Trenholm Road United Methodist Church- HVAC and Roof Replacements

The main group of buildings on this campus had fallen into disrepair over the years in two areas: HVAC performance and roof
maintenance. Documents were completed, in conjunction with Hood Construction, to permit the replacement of the entire
HVAC system and roof for approximately 45,000 square feet of conditioned space. The HVAC system, a Daikin Duct-Free System Heat Pump, allows the church campus to control the indoor environment in a much more efficient and problem free way, than that of typical systems found in the older churches. Significant energy savings are anticipated.
