Capstone House Renovations

Interior painting and maintenance updates were completed at Capstone Residence Hall over the 2018 summer. This project consisted of the interior painting of a 17 story building with 309 student-style residence rooms, plus basement laundry and multipurpose rooms, first floor office and classroom spaces, stairwells and all associated doors and built-in furniture. All work was completed over the summer break, approximately 67 days from start to finish, prior to student arrival.
