A small, but established, local restaurant secured the lease on a new location in late fall 2011. The existing building, formerly a restaurant, required extensive interior demolition and renovations. The project scope included careful coordination with kitchen designers and equipment selections, interior designers, and the general contractor to provide a new updated look for the restaurant, while remaining familiar to the regulars and staying within a tight budget and tight time frame.
