SOCO 80808, the vista location of SOCO-work, is the largest of SOCO's co-working locations to date. The renovation of a former artists collective in the heart of the Congaree Vista allowed for SOCO to relocate its Vista location and expand its offerings. The project consisted of selective demolition within two existing tenant spaces to combine them into one within a historic district. The space, now designed with a modern co-working aesthetic and brand new amenities, easily changes from working space to community space. It boasts 18 semi-private and private offices, 5 private collaboration rooms, a content creation studio, 4 open seating areas, walk in phone booths, a large event or dining space, shared kitchenette and an outdoor lounge.
