Jodymeyer Retail Center

1x1 Design is developing a new +/- 8,125 SF multi-tenant retail center at the corner of Hoffmeyer Road and W. Jody Road in Florence. The concept accommodates multiple tenant configurations, including a drive-thru opportunity, on a 1.46-acre site.

With tenants still being pursued during design, flexibility has been central to the approach. 1x1 developed alternative planning and elevation concepts intended to give the development a recognizable architectural identity while allowing individual storefronts to adapt to future retail or restaurant users.

The project is currently in design, with the conceptual package supporting both development decisions and tenant marketing.
