Ribbit is transforming a former fitness studio at Cardinal Crossing into a 1,920-square-foot children's retail shop designed to feel playful, welcoming, and distinctly its own. The project moves forward with a change of use from an occupancy standpoint, while reusing much of the existing space and infrastructure.

Working from concepts developed by the Owners, 1x1 Design translated the vision into a coordinated, permit-ready interior. Selective demolition makes way for new finishes, custom checkout cabinetry, display walls, decorative lighting, and a flexible mix of retail fixtures and furnishings.

With an accelerated schedule, permitting and design detailing were intentionally overlapped to keep the project moving toward construction and a planned fall 2026 opening.
